If you bought a product through one of our affiliate links and are entitled to a bonus, please open a ticket with the following information:
Your name
The name of the product you bought
MOST IMPORTANT
Your Paypal/receipt transaction number (so we can identify that you bought through our link)!!
In some cases your bonus will be delivered automatically. But for purchases through JVZoo you may need to make a manual claim with us.
To find the transaction details we need, login to your JVZoo customer area, click on VIEW DETAILS of your purchase and then give us the transaction number starting with AP-
